Establishment of IT HEROES agency
After years of operating in the advertising industry as co-founder of Semcore Agency, exploring the secrets of effective SEO and taming data, IT Heroes Agency is born. A place where specialists join forces to deliver results. An agency that has filled a gap in the market when it comes to marketing services tailored to the individual client.
First customers, first successes
The year 2019 was full of challenges and successes. Our first customers trusted us, which made us able to prove our skills. The first actions brought excellent results, and this only fueled our determination to achieve even greater success.
Reorganization of the company
A deep reorganization was carried out at the agency, which set a new direction for our company. We defined new goals, made changes in the organizational structure and in the scope of our activities. It was a moment in which we looked to the future and set ourselves the challenges we were to meet. One of the key elements was rebranding the brand and changing the name to Semguru.
Implementation of Performance Marketing Services
As the agency grew, it was time to expand its service portfolio. Client expectations led to the start of building a solid team responsible for Performance Marketing, which resulted in the hiring of Grzegorz Wozniak as Head of Performance.
SEMO service launch
2024 also marked a breakthrough in services. The SEO and SEM teams began working together, resulting in a service that combines traffic acquisition, conversion optimization and consulting to help clients grow faster and profitably.
Nominations in international competitions
The year 2025 marks another milestone in Semguru's history. Projects focused on profitable scaling of clients' businesses have been recognized in international competitions, i.e. European Search Awards, Global Search Awards and Global Performance Marketing Awwards.
